The people running these businesses are not ignoring the phone. They are with a customer, under a car, mid haircut, on a roof, or simply closed for the night. They cannot be in two places at once, and hiring a full time receptionist is out of reach for most. The old answers, voicemail and pricey answering services, either lose the caller or cost a fortune and still do not know your business.
What we built
AnswerCove is an AI receptionist that answers your phone the way a great employee would. It knows your hours, your location, and what you offer, because you tell it once. It answers the everyday questions, screens the vendors and the spam, and takes a clean message for anything that needs you, all of it waiting in your dashboard when you get a free minute.
It works around the clock, it never calls in sick, and it costs a flat ninety nine dollars a month per location. No contracts, no per minute meter, no surprises.
How we think about it
An AI on your phone should be honest, brief, and careful. Ours tells callers it is your virtual assistant if they ask. It never invents a price or promises something you did not approve. When it is unsure, it takes a message instead of guessing. Your messages live in your private dashboard, and the alerts we send you carry no caller details, so nothing sensitive travels over email.
