How long does setup take?

Minutes. Sign up, tell us your hours, services, and a few common questions, and forward your line. Most businesses are live the same day.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing number and forward it to your AnswerCove line. Your customers call the same number they always have.

Do I need any new hardware or apps?

None. AnswerCove works with the phone and number you already have. There is nothing to install.

How do I get my number set up?

When you subscribe, we provision your dedicated AnswerCove number and connect it to your line. You can be answering calls the same day.

How it works

What can the AI actually answer?

It answers from your hours, location, services, and FAQs, the same questions a good employee would handle: are you open, where are you, do you offer this, how do I book or get a callback.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It never guesses. If a question is outside what you set up, it offers to take a message, and the request lands in your dashboard for you to handle.

Is it actually AI? Will my callers know?

Yes, it is AI, and if a caller asks, it says it is the business's virtual assistant. It is built to be brief, helpful, and to hand off anything it should not answer.

Can it book appointments or take orders?

It captures the request, the service or item, and the preferred time, then sends it to your dashboard so you confirm against your real schedule. That keeps your calendar the source of truth and avoids double bookings.

Does it screen spam and vendors?

Yes. It politely screens vendor and sales calls into a clean message and turns away telemarketers, so you only deal with real customers.

Pricing and billing

How much does it cost?

A flat ninety nine dollars per location per month. No contracts and no per minute charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like from your dashboard. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

Do you charge per call or per minute?

No. It is one flat monthly price per location, however many calls come in.

Privacy and trust

Is my information safe?

Your messages live in your private dashboard. The alert email we send carries no caller or business details, just a nudge to log in, so nothing sensitive travels over email.

Who can see my messages?

Only you, through your own login. Each account sees only its own shop's calls and messages.
