Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AnswerCove. The service is provided by Answer Cove LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AnswerCove," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

AnswerCove provides an AI receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, answers questions from the information you provide, screens calls, and takes messages. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you set up and for how you use the messages and call records you receive.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to forward your business line to AnswerCove and to operate the phone number you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AnswerCove for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and not to misrepresent the service to your callers in a way that violates applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your communications.

Billing

AnswerCove is billed as a flat monthly subscription per location. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your service continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. The AI may not answer every call perfectly. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnswerCove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
